In this role, you will be integral in ensuring our individualized programs and treatment plans are developed and delivered with the highest standards of care by training, mentoring, and supporting Clinical Apprentices, Behavior Consultant Trainees, and new Supervising Clinicians.

• Average Base salary around $105,000 (based on experience).

• Clinical Quality & Supervision
  - Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance. Responsibilities include mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, and providing coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload..
• Training and Mentorship
  - Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
• Compliance and Documentation
