About the Role

The HR Coordinator (HRC) is primarily responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR activities to employees, Supervisors, and Managers, ensuring that the company upholds best practices and remains legally compliant. The HRC will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to foster a cohesive, productive, and positive work environment and strong team culture. The HRC will initially report to an HR Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Support the submission and follow-up of People Operations tickets for manager/job detail changes.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy regarding employee management and job profiles, validating corrections with cross-functional partners and managers.
  • Perform internal mobility eligibility checks for employees applying for other roles, initially, with future support from the Employee Relations team.
  • Support department-specific policies and answer employee questions related to these policies.
  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests during critical cycles like performance reviews and compensation planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and share themes proactively.
  • Contribute to special projects, synthesizing data into clear narratives.
  • Support clients in increasing manager access to Workday, ensuring high adoption and effective use.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
