Contract Recruiter (Tempe, AZ – Semiconductor Packaging & Test Manufacturing)

Employer: LEAD Technical – a trusted provider of specialized staffing solutions across engineering, technical, and skilled trade industries.

• Partner with client HR and hiring managers to define job requirements for roles such as process technicians
  , manufacturing operators
  , process engineers
  , facilities engineers
  , and support staff in procurement, quality, and planning.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, professional networks, social media, and targeted outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Represent LEAD Technical and the client at local hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking functions.
• Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment forecasts to align with production ramp schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record in filling technical roles such as engineers, technicians, operators, and skilled trades.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
• Self-starter who works well independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
