About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong executive search expertise and advanced sourcing skills to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This mid-level role requires someone who is strategic, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize recruitment processes.

You will be the primary TA representative in Tempe, supporting hiring for critical roles across IT, Engineering, Software, and GTM (B2B/B2C Sales & Marketing). This is a high-impact position with visibility to senior leadership and the potential to shape the future of the U.S. talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and GTM roles, including executive-level searches.
  • Apply advanced sourcing techniques and leverage AI-driven tools to identify top talent.
  • Introduce and implement automation solutions to streamline scheduling, coordination, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • Collaborate with global TA teams supporting international hubs (India, Prague, etc.).
  • Contribute to building compensation and rewards strategies in partnership with leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on executive search and strategic sourcing.
  • Proven ability to work strategically and data-driven, with strong knowledge of AI applications in recruitment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and eager to grow.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond.
