Recruiter - Allied Healthcare – Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc.

Location: Tempe, AZ.

Kaleidoscope is looking for an Allied Healthcare Recruiter to source, attract, and retain top‑tier talent in the Allied Healthcare and Education fields. This role is based in our Tempe office and is not remote.

• Extensive outreach to prospective candidates via phone, email, and text
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or Microsoft Teams
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the first contact person for candidate questions

• Strong rapport‑building skills and ability to connect with others
• Sense of urgency
• Superb communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Ability to work independently toward assigned goals
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines

• Professional appearance and presentation required
• Reliable transportation to the Tempe, AZ office
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare‑related language
• Transferable industry experience (e.g., School Admissions, Call Center, Insurance Sales)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency using email and Outlook
• Accurate record keeping and database use, including Excel tracking

• Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds that may cause distraction
• Stress due to meeting service requirements
• Hours:
  
  8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; may vary with recruitment projects
• Full‑time position

This role is Full‑Time, eligible for PTO and other benefits, and is NOT a remote position.
