- Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques,osite’d skills.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools, including in‑house AI tools.
- Use AI‑generated insights to make data‑driven decisions during the recruitment process.
- Advise account managers on skill‑set availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions, and timelines.
- Negotiate compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for client needs.
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge within aligned skill‑specialization, industry specialization, or role specialization.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships with high ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment and engage openly with diverse groups.
- Desire for a commission‑driven, performance Clermont environment requiring rapid, consistent opportunity identification.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to seek perspectives and ask good questions.
- Eagerness to learn and experimentation to discover best solutions.
Base salary $45,000 with weekly commission and performance‑based bonuses (quarterly and annually) plus a cell phone allowance. 13‑week training compensation of $18 per hour, eligible for overtime.
