** The Academies of Math and Science (AMS) is a network of high-performing, Title I charter schools committed to serving our communities through academic excellence, character development, and equity. With a team of over 700 dedicated staff, we impact the lives of over 10,000 students and their families across Arizona.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Central Office Talent Team. This role will help support AMS’s mission by identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent across all AMS campuses and departments.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting strategies
* Develop and execute outreach plans to build diverse candidate pipelines
* Maintain clear, timely, and supportive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Ensure compliance with state and federal hiring regulations
* Represent AMS at hiring events and networking engagements
* Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS);
Workday experience a plus
* Knowledge of employment law and best hiring practices
* Passion for education and commitment to equity and inclusion
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience recruiting in education or nonprofit sectors
* Demonstrated success with social media recruiting and brand engagement
