- Prospect and win new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Find and develop new clients by identifying companies with hiring needs and introducing them to our recruiting solutions
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Identify hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions
- Support the recruiting process by helping connect great candidates with the right opportunities
- Cross-sell our AI sales coaching platform
- Manage your sales pipeline and client activity in Hub Spot
- Partner with recruiters in our half-desk model, allowing you to focus on building client relationships while recruiters manage candidate sourcing and placements
- Have the flexibility to grow your career around your strengths, whether that means focusing more heavily on client acquisition and account management or developing into a recruiting-focused role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Excitement for cold outreach, prospecting, and building new relationships
- Interest in both sales and recruiting, with the opportunity to determine which path is the best fit
- Sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus
- Hub Spot experience is a plus
- $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
- Two uncapped commission opportunities: earn on recruiting services and AI sales coaching platform sales
- Half-desk sales model so you can spend more time building relationships and closing business while recruiters handle candidate sourcing and placements
