As a strategic and collaborative Cloud Partner Alliance Specialist, you will lead our engagement with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem. This role is critical to driving joint go-to-market initiatives, maximizing Microsoft incentives, managing marketplace listings, educating sales teams on partner programs, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure mutual success and growth.
- Partner Engagement:
Build and manage relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and account team(s). - Go-to-Market Execution:
Lead co-sell motions, manage Microsoft Marketplace listings, and align campaigns with Microsoft GTM teams. - Program & Incentive Optimization:
Leverage Microsoft programs such as Solution Partner Designations, AMMP, Partner of Record, and Commercial Marketplace incentives to drive ROI. - Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs including Azure consumption, M365 seat growth, Co-Sell pipeline velocity, and incentive attainment. - Enablement & Training:
Support onboarding and enablement of teams on Microsoft programs, technical certifications, advanced specializations, and Partner Center tools. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, marketing, licensing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft’s strategic priorities.

- Co-Sell pipeline management, contribution, and win rate
- Incentive program utilization and attainment
- GTM campaign engagement metrics
- Work with top-tier cloud partners and cutting-edge technologies
- Influence strategic cloud initiatives and partner success

- Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications
- Foundational Google Cloud Certifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud partnerships, alliance management, or channel growth.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, Solution Workspace, and Commercial Marketplace.
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models, incentive structures, and funding programs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Multi-Cloud experience with Google and AWS preferred
