EHS Systems and Data Analyst

Please note - this is a hybrid, partial in office position located in Tempe, AZ.

• Support EHS software applications focused on incident reporting, site inspections, and chemical management by providing system support, performing data analysis and periodic reporting, using MS-Excel and the safety management platform. Prepare charts and dashboards, as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly formatted performance reports, as well as ad‑hoc requests.
• Engage with site EHS players and users with application issues.
• Provide data entry and application administrative support using software designed for carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
• Participate in projects that automate EHS processes through the use of SharePoint and Power Automate.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and providing professional reporting using Excel, Power
  
  BI, and Word.
• A minimum of two years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint (sites, lists, workflows).
• Proven capability in learning new software applications quickly to become a superuser.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLookup, Pivot Tables, VBA macros).
• High attention to detail, well organized and solid time management and communication skills.

Prior experience in a corporate environmental health and safety or corporate sustainability.

Application Administration and Site Support – 25%

• Intelex Platform
  • Incident Management
  • Intelex Inspections
  • EDIS Updates
  • Adding new users
  • New user training administration
  • Hours worked data collection and input

EHS SharePoint Administration – 15%

• Create and manage multiple SharePoint sites (e.g., Corporate EHS, Workplace Security).

Sustainability Application Support – 10%

• Develop data collection strategies
• Input facility data

Chemical Management System Administration and Site Support – 15%

• Administration of chemical management systems and related site support activities.
