Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

POSITION: IT Systems Support Analyst

LOCATION: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite, Monday – Friday)

PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

DURATION: 6-Month-To-Hire ($60k base salary upon conversion)

EXPERIENCE:

Core

Skills:

  • Cross-platform technical troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF experience.
  • Event/conference support: A/V setup, mic/speaker/camera placement, video conferencing.
  • Remote support tools proficiency.
  • Dell and Apple hardware expertise.
  • Inventory management systems.
  • Network file shares and printer support.
  • Hardware/software issue resolution.
  • Problem source identification and solution methods.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Network print server configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Outlook client configuration in Exchange environment.
  • PC image deployment and testing.
  • VPN secure connection setup.
  • Server-client model in enterprise environments.

Additional

Skills:

  • Basic project management (task organization, prioritization).
  • KB article creation, policy and standards writing.
  • Presenting in groups and staff training.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical/non-technical users.

SUMMARY & OVERVIEW:

A large research university in Tempe, AZ is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for providing endpoint support to faculty and staff by utilizing software, A/V, troubleshooting, and hardware resolution skills. Your responsibilities will also include connection setup and troubleshooting for multiple different operating systems (i.e., Windows, Mac, and Mobile), as well as email support (i.e., Outlook, Gmail).

You will also assist with basic A/V technician support for various teams. Candidates should have flexibility (as needed) to help support critical issues if they occur on nights/weekends (not all the time and only as critical issues arise).

Compensation:

$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Eligibility for the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
