In this role, you will consult and guide business leaders to enhance their business effectiveness and efficiency through creation and adoption of AI powered automation solutions. You will work closely with business leaders across the enterprise to envision how AI can transform their functions, products and capabilities, and workforce - especially focused on automation. This position offers the opportunity to engage with business and technology leaders, driving strategic programs that significantly impact their operations and maximize ROI for the Enterprise.
Keyresponsibilities
- Lead engagement delivery, ensuring quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage internal customer relationships, focusing on business outcomes and the identification of new opportunities.
- Develop and manage performance metrics and OKRs for goal setting, tracking and ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Implement AI strategy for application in automation across the firm
- Lead the formulation of enterprise, business, and functional requirements across multiple time horizons, integrating findings from internal research, external developments, and leadership's priorities.
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Operate autonomously in environments where excellent thought leadership and ability to collaborate with peers and senior leaders is required for progress
- Develop a deep understanding of the internal client's business objectives across corporate services.
- Facilitate alignment sessions, working sessions, vendor demos and workshops with key stakeholders and senior executives, incorporating novel/outside-the-box engagement tactics and methods, resulting in aligned decisions/recommendations and high participant engagement
- Work effectively in a matrixed organization and often lead the matrix team toward the agreed upon milestones. Identify, direct and coordinate resources (people, systems, tools) without direct authority. Independently manage prioritization of work execution of the group.
- Independently lead multi-disciplinary teams (comprised of 5+ people and disciplines, including analytics, data science, tech, AI, qualitative research, and social science) to address complex enterprise level business questions, maintain work progress, track progress and accountability to requirements;
- Independently identify patterns across initiatives within and across divisions; make recommendations related to consolidation or alignment.
- Facilitate alignment sessions, working sessions, and workshops with key stakeholders, external vendors and senior executives, incorporating novel/outside-the-box engagement tactics and methods, resulting in aligned decisions/recommendations and high participant engagement.

Skills/RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, emerging technologies or AI-driven business solutions.
- Ability to build and manage relationships effectively
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI Tools (e.g., Open Ai, CoPilot, Salesforce)
- Master's degree
- Degree focus in computer science, applied math, or applied social sciences
- Prior experience leading AI initiatives in Financial services industry
- Prior experience leading AI automation efforts
