Role:
Assembly – Contractor – A

Location: Tempe, AZ 85281

Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Perm)

Shift: Compressed schedule – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday)

Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for hands-on assembly work, primarily tube assembly, using hand tools, microscopes, spot welders, and other manufacturing equipment. The work is repetitive and detail‑oriented, following documented procedures and drawings to meet quality and production standards.

• Contractor role does not require cleanroom work
• PPE is required (smock, gloves, hairnet, face mask, safety glasses)
• If converted to full‑time, occasional cleanroom work may be required

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly and visual inspections
• Good communication skills and reliable attendance
