Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Test Automation)
Responsibilities- Execute the defined quality assurance process and methodology to produce QA‑related project deliverables, such as test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Develop comprehensive and well‑structured test plans and strategies to ensure all aspects of the software are tested.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and automation scripts to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the testing process, ensuring they are resolved before release.
- Prepare test data to be used during testing to ensure the software responds correctly to various inputs.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on quality standards.
- Design, write, execute, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using a test automation framework for backend and user interface functions; participate in agile ceremonies and facilitate regression and smoke testing.
- 5+ years’ experience in Test Automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with programming languages such as C# and Java Script
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of tools, concepts, and associated methodologies of QA
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM software development practices
- Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of SRP Water or flood irrigation
- Telerik Test Studio or Tricentis Tosca
- Postman API Platform
