The responsibilities of an IT Support Analyst include responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations. Ultimately, a good IT Support Analyst should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of IT solutions.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate. Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Perform user administration duties.

Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician. Familiarity with networking systems and protocols. Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including Team Viewer.
