Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Office 365)
Manufacturing environment IT support experience preferred

Preferred Experience Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support

Pharmaceutical or laboratory IT support

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, One Drive, and Active Directory environments.

Manage and update incidents, requests, and tasks through Service Now.

Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.

Utilize remote support tools such as Bomgar and Remote Desktop (RDP).Support virtual meeting technologies, including Microsoft Teams.

Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and serve as a technical resource.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Travel locally between sites as needed.

Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and One Drive.

Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

Experience with remote support tools (Bomgar, RDP, etc.).Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Seeking candidates interested in overnight support operations who are comfortable working independently while providing high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
