Visual Vault is seeking a Level 2 Support Agent for a hybrid role based at our Tempe, AZ office. You will respond to product support questions, analyze problems, and propose corrective actions, guiding Level 1 agents and coordinating with product and engineering teams.
This full-time position reports to the Technical Support Manager and requires 2 days on-site per week in Tempe. You will mentor others, escalate to Level 3 when needed, and ensure timely customer updates to meet SLAs.
