IT Support Specialist

Description Under supervision, the IT Support Technician provides the first line of technical support to employees by responding to and addressing issues that are reported. The technician documents, troubleshoots, and research every issue to ensure support levels are maintained. This role is focused on customer experience and completing all customer requests to the resolution stage. At every step, the IT Support Technicians primary focus is on driving a positive interaction and effective support.

Will be supporting employees in AZ, along with employees nationwide.

Role: 70% IT Service Desk/Remote Support
30% Local office desktop support and projects

May vary according to needs.

Location:

Primary location Tempe, AZ and some visits to other Phoenix offices

Hours:

M-F 8a to 5p PT 1 hour lunch

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support and assist with customers associates technical needs.
2. Properly document all work performed during support calls and perform proper escalation procedures, as needed.
3. Operate within defined standards and service level agreements.
4. Maintain timely and concise communication with customers.
5. Perform tasks on special projects and duties.
6. Perform on call responsibilities as a part of a weekly team rotation (approximately every 6 weeks)

Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
