This role serves as a functional analyst supporting Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Payroll, and related SAP Human Capital Management solutions. The position partners with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams to maintain and enhance critical workforce systems including SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software Time and Attendance, and associated integrations.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend improvements that support operational and strategic objectives.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support time and attendance, payroll, and related enterprise application capabilities.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, data, integrations, security, reporting, and system impacts to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards and vendor best practices.
• Assess enhancement requests, define solution approaches, identify risks and dependencies, estimate impacts, and help prioritize work based on business value and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot complex applications, payroll, and timekeeping issues; perform root-cause analysis; coordinate resolution activities; and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability and business continuity.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver system changes, upgrades, integrations, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, test scenarios, business requirements, and system documentation.
