Key Responsibilities- Conduct estate planning consultations with prospective and existing clients via Zoom and in person
- Provide strategic legal recommendations and guide clients through every stage of the planning process
- Draft and review comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s goals and values
- Maintain timely, professional communication with clients by phone and email
- Collaborate closely with internal team members and clients’ outside advisors, including CPAs and financial planners
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review case strategy, client needs, and workflow planning
- Two (2) or more years of experience in estate planning and probate; business transactional experience is a strong plus
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, empathetic, responsive, and able to work independently while managing deadlines
- Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting planning recommendations clearly and confidently
- Is seeking a long-term position with leadership potential
- Brings a client-focused mindset, strong follow-through, and consistent professionalism
- Enjoys learning, improving, and growing within a supportive, team-oriented culture
- Has deeper estate planning experience than a typical junior associate and is ready for more responsibility
- Is open to a practice that is primarily estate planning with some business transactional work as matters arise
- Base salary range $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities
