Supply Chain Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the smooth flow of freight movements across a fast-paced fulfillment and transportation network. This individual will communicate regularly with external stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and suppliers, as well as internal program and fulfillment teams to address transportation-related issues and drive process improvements. The Supply Chain Specialist will extract and analyze data from multiple databases using Excel and other data management systems, perform ad hoc reporting, and publish performance metrics to help drive business results.

This person will identify root causes of operational defects, analyze trends, and use data to make informed decisions that improve efficiency. They will also escalate data discrepancies or operational issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within tight deadlines and managing critical business needs while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role will be responsible for summarizing weekly findings, highlighting variances to goals, and presenting insights in review forums.

Bachelors Degree required Supply chain/Business Preferred Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Are 18 years of age or older1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word,and Excel) experience

Prior Supply chain experience is preferred

Prior scripting knowledge is a plus but not required
