Shipping & Lab Operations Coordinator

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking an organized and dependable Shipping & Laboratory Operations Coordinator to support daily Field Assurance Lab operations. This role combines shipping and receiving, inventory management, sample tracking, warehouse coordination, and administrative support. Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, accurate documentation habits, and experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

• Receive, document, and track complaint samples submitted for laboratory evaluation.
• Assemble, package, and ship sample return kits.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, track shipments, and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Schedule warehouse pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in inventory management and tracking systems.
• Process requests, monitor completion status, and escape issues when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation and tracking logs.
• Support laboratory sample storage and disposal according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient daily operations.
• Follow safety, quality, and documentation standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
