The Senior Manager South Regional Security at Swire Coca-Cola is a strategic leader who exemplifies ethics, integrity, and confidentiality, consistently upholding the company’s mission and values. This role requires a proven track record in corporate security, with demonstrated results in managing physical security standards and technologies across geographically diverse facilities. The ideal candidate excels in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, identifying and analyzing complex issues, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

With deep expertise in physical security, program development, and training, this leader is adept at designing, integrating, and facilitating security solutions that protect company assets and support a high‑performing security team. Strong business acumen, customer focus, and learning agility are essential, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and the use of MS Office tools further supports success in this dynamic and impactful position.

• Serves as the Physical Security SME, developing and implementing standards, technologies, and practices across all facilities.
• Manages security programs to protect Swire Coca-Cola assets and associates.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates company risks and losses, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Builds relationships with internal leaders and external law enforcement and security partners.
• Collaborates on security enhancements, construction projects, and their operational rollout.
• Maintains databases for investigations, projects, programs, and bulletins.
• Designs, budgets, and presents strategic plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Tracks and reports performance metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
• Establishes and maintains industry contacts to share best practices.
• Keeps management informed of key achievements, challenges, and concerns, adhering to company policies.
• Upholds ethical standards, works independently, and exercises sound judgment.
• Conducts facility visits for security due diligence and training; investigates reports, and develops mitigation plans for risks and losses.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military or Police Service required
• Security certification including CPP, PSP, or PSC required
• 4+ years recent physical security management experience required
• 4+ years’ experience developing, managing, and facilitating physical security projects, including integrating electronic card access and CCTV systems across multiple locations required
• 2+ years security program development and budgeting required
• 10+ years physical security management experience preferred
