Job Overview Position

Schedule:

Full-Time The Segmentation and ROI Planning team within Experience, Brand and Marketing is responsible for delivering real‑time insights that result in improved marketing ROI and creating long‑term client experience value creation. This team oversees the development of advanced analytic frameworks to measure marketing performance, marketing attribution, client behaviour and campaign effectiveness and is responsible for the system of measures to assess EBM's impact.

The team leverages data analytics and AI to create dynamic, real‑time segmentation models that adapt to changing client behaviours. The Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of marketing and Experience Analysts within the Experience, Brand and Marketing organization. This people leader manages a highly engaged team while guiding members on their career progression through coaching and feedback.

They work in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of quality work products.

Essential Functions
  • Leading team members in achieving the department's stated objectives.
  • Providing analytical insights to large and often complex initiatives.
  • Executing best‑in‑class analytics within Marketing and Experience Analytics such as segmentation, attribution, targeting, campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
  • Equip team members with the analytical knowledge and skills to inform the prioritization of deliverables and trade‑off decisions to meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to integrate analytics into Experience and Marketing business decisions.
  • Influence business areas on how to effectively use analytics to solve Experience and Marketing business issues.
  • Translate firmwide messaging to ensure functional understanding and change management.
  • Accountable for the appropriate analytical approach for maximizing the impact of marketing and experience.
  • Responsible for translating department strategy into execution and implementation.
  • Personnel decisions include performance reviews, hiring selection and necessary training.
Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Minimum/Maximum

Hiring Minimum: $140,400
Hiring Maximum: $239,100

Experience Required
  • 10+ years relevant prior experience in areas such as Marketing Analytics, ROI Measurement, Attribution and Mix Modeling, Segmentation.
  • Experience in quantitative or STEM field.
  • 3+ years of people leadership preferred.
Education Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
Business Acumen
  • Applies broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive financial performance.
Leadership
  • Manages one or more generally homogeneous groups; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short‑term service and/or operational objectives.
Problem Solving
  • Identifies and solves complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
