Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement

This role is a senior analytical leader who will join the company’s senior management team, responsible for leading day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance, addressing administrative issues).

Direct Reports: Senior Managers & Department Heads

Salary Range: $250,000 – $300,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Determine the company’s strategic growth as part of the executive team
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and projects.
• Provide strong business leadership.
• Oversee all operations at multiple locations.
• Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Master’s Degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business leader experience
