We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities function efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, managing staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety across all operations.
Position Responsibilities Maintenance Operations Management- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders to meet production needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability for performance and safety compliance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and technical excellence within the maintenance department.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions to prevent incidents.
- Promote awareness and enforcement of safety standards across all facility operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including parts inventory, equipment, and labor costs.
- Evaluate vendor and contractor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to minimize downtime and ensure readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
- Support capital projects, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance process efficiency and reliability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7–10 years of maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $139,000 annually, based on experience.
