The role ensures safety, engagement and a high level of service for Members and Team Members, partnering with the Kids Manager and staff to deliver quality experiences for junior members during programming and events.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, participating in hiring and training, and managing inventory and payroll within budget to support engaging kids programming and events.
