SMT Operator
**** Job Responsibilities**+ Load proper parts into SMT machine.+ Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded.+ Perform basic programming at the machine, including selecting programs.+ Read and comprehend English.+ Be willing to work overtime when required.
** Essential Skills**+ High School Diploma.+ 1-year experience in the setup of SMT components on feeders.+ Ability to interpret Engineering documentation.+ Proficiency in setting up all types of feeders based on SMT setup sheet.+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment.+ Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer literacy.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Work Environment**+ Work in a clean room environment where standing is required for 90% of the day.+ Operate under a microscope and wear proper clean room and ESD attire.+ The standard attire includes comfortable flat closed-toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a capped sleeve plain t-shirt.+ The position follows a first shift schedule from 6AM to 2:30PM.
** Shift and Pay**+ M-F+ 6 am - 2:30 pm+ $20-29/hour
** Pay and Benefits
** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $29.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
