A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician.

Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite/2nd shift – 2:30 PM – 12 AM)

As a
Assembly Technician you will:

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled hand work or use of automated production equipment.
• Comprehend and interpret a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
• Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Must have:

• Manual dexterity required for working with glass products.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and follow technical specifications, directions, terms, and documents.
• Experience handling small products/microchips.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Basic PC proficiency.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Pay Range*: $18 – $20.90 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
