CNC Mill Operator

Small family production machine shop looking for CNC Mill operator. 4 DAY WORK WEEK - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS! PTO, $23-26 per hour/40 hours a week.

• Load material/parts in and out of CNC Mill to run production orders.
• Interpret simple dimensions from Blueprints and perform in process inspection.
• Deburr parts as needed.
• Replacement of worn or damaged tools (inserts, end mills, drills, etc).
• Empty machine of chips and add fluids as necessary.
• May be required to saw cut raw stock to size.
• Preparing tools and tool holders for new operation.

• 4+ years CNC machine shop operating experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand and operate machine for hours at a time.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints on a variety of part types.
• Ability to fill out inspection reports.
• (Optional) FADAL experience is a plus.
• (Optional) Extensive setup experience is a huge plus.
• (Optional) Gibbs
  
  CAM software programming experience is a plus.
• (Optional) Ability to set up, program, and run simple jobs from a blueprint via writing G-code at the machine is a huge plus.
• (Optional) CNC Lathe experience is a plus, especially Mazak.

• Paid time off
• Monday - Thursday work week, 6 am - 4 pm.
• Overtime optional and available frequently.
• Compensation may go up depending on experience and qualifications.
