Position: Assembly Technician with Security Clearance
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician. Position Type:
Full time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months

Location:

Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite/1st Shift/Compressed Shift Thurs, Fri, Sat, and e/o Wed 5am - 5pm)

Job Description:

• Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.

• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.

• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.

• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.

• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.

• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.

• Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.

• Have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.

• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High level of attention to detail

• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $17-$19.50 per hour.
