Job Description

• Develops support for individual contributor roles.
• Works under general supervision.
• Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks and escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

• Good hand and eye coordination with manual dexterity required for working with glass products.

• Experience handling small products or microchips, with parts no larger than a quarter in diameter preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Two years post-secondary or an Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience preferred.
