• Bake, mix, scale, portion, and prepare large quantities of baked goods, edibles, gummies, and snack products
• Follow recipes (modern and traditional) with consistency and precision
• Observe and maintain standards through every stage — from mixing and baking to cooling, packaging, and labeling
• Track and manage inventory for baking ingredients and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cannabis dosing, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily production goals with minimal waste
• Maintain accurate records of batch output, labeling, and product weights
• Support general operations as needed, including cleaning, supply restocking, and equipment prep
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and management — no egos, just execution
• Present a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times SX

• Must be at least 21 years of age (per A.R.S. §36‑2801.10)
• Must be able to pass a background check required by the Arizona Department of Health Services
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and dependable transportation
• 1+ year of bakery production experience — large batch baking preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
• Ability to lift up to 50  معرفة lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Working knowledge of food ఐ sanitation, safe handling, and cannabis product standards
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, high‑pressure kitchen environment
