Journeyman Machinist​/CNC Programmer

Job Description

PSI Superchargers is seeking an experienced Journeyman Machinist with strong CNC programming skills to join the team. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Fusion 360 and/or Mastercam, with hands-on experience running and programming Matsuura machining centers.

Responsibilities:

• Program complex 3-axis and 4-axis CNC jobs using Fusion 360 and Mastercam

• Set up and operate Matsuura vertical or horizontal machining centers

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings

• Perform setups, tooling selection, and quality checks

• Work independently with a focus on precision and efficiency

Requirements:

• Journeyman Machinist or equivalent experience

• 5+ years machining experience preferred

• Strong programming background (Fusion 360, Mastercam)

• Familiarity with Matsuura machines (MX, MAM, or equivalent)

• Ability to hold tight tolerances and solve machining problems

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
