Remote within the U.S.

Starting at $75/hr (rate is negotiable based on experience level)

• Provide domain expertise during AI model training to ensure understanding of marketing terminology, logic, and workflows.
• Label, curate, and validate datasets containing marketing materials such as ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, and customer segments.
• Translate end‑to‑end workflows into structured training data for AI learning, identifying decision points and dependencies.
• Review AI‑generated outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, and compliance, providing structured feedback for improvements.
• Partner with product teams to define AI‑driven marketing use cases like campaign recommendations, content personalization, and audience segmentation.

• Extensive experience working in Fortune 50 companies or major digital marketing firms with a focus on marketing strategy and execution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a top‑tier university.
• 7–12 years of hands‑on marketing experience, including campaign strategy, marketing automation tools, analytics, and measurement workflows.
• Proven ability to translate real‑world marketing problems into structured data or process documentation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams including data science, product, and engineering.
