Overnight Bilingual Production Nurse

Celerion
is seeking aPart-time Nurse
to assist with our clinical research trials. This is a dynamic role working with a healthy population offering the ability to learn about clinical research and see the drug development process at work.

• Qualified to perform all nursing tasks (vital signs, ECGs, draw blood, etc)
• Train clinical associates on Electrocardiogram (ECG) procedures, manual vital procedures and assessment skills related to reporting Adverse Events (A/E's)
• Perform other clinical procedures necessary for study conduct
• Certified to perform, monitor, and/or train invasive and non-invasive dosing procedures
• Assess and identify and report adverse events to medical staff (safety nurse, medical director, physician)
• Able to implement and execute emergency procedures
• May administer Informed Consent Forms

• RN (licensed in practicing state)
• 1 year of clinical practice experience with assessment skills
• Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic (EMT-P) or Respiratory Technician with Advanced cardiac life support or other emergency experience desirable
• Emergency or Intensive Care medical experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to respond to study participant needs (i.e. lifting, bending, crouching, etc.)
• Exposure to human biological samples
• Strong assessment skills
• Strong reasoning skills
• Strong medical/nursing assessment skills
• Detail oriented
• Professional and positive attitude
• Flexible part time overnight work schedule (Mon-Friday and possible weekends) 6pm
  -6am for 32-36 hours. Role is eligible for benefits!
• Ability to work a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts.
• English-Spanish bilingual spoken fluency is required and tested.
