Overview We’re seeking our next amazing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve our Assisted Living and Memory Care department. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community  residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)!

Work Schedule Full-Time Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays and Every Other Weekend).

About You

• Current Arizona license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university.
• Previous experience in long term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
• Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to successfully pass fingerprint clearance.
