Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience) + Bonuses in Summer and Year-End!

• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance and landscape care
• Inspecting properties and reporting any issues
• Training and guiding your team to deliver top-quality work
• Managing schedules and recording work using our easy app-based system
• Checking irrigation systems and plant health regularly
• Ensuring safety standards are met on every job

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years in landscape maintenance or fine gardening
• Leadership:
  Ability to lead a small team effectively
• Physical Ability:
  Can lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Communication:
  Professional, courteous, and bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)
• Credentials:
  Valid driver’s license, clean record, E-Verify compliant
