Pro Qual Landscaping is looking to hire a full-time Enhancement Crew Foreman. If you have at least 2 years of experience leading a landscape enhancement crew, a true passion for creating beautiful spaces, and are a motivated team player looking for a career, we invite you to come and grow with us!

• Perform all tasks related to landscape enhancement which include installation of hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees, as well as completing basic irrigation and drainage tasks, and other duties as assigned
• Lead, delegate, train, and support others in a positive and patient manner
• Ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved
• Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work
• Safe use of diverse landscape tools and equipment such as jackhammers, skid steers, compactors, trencher, blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard, and company vehicles
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Follow job site and vehicle safety procedures
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Branch Manager
• Active Driver's license with at least two years of driving experience
