Test Associate

Experis is seeking a Test Associate to join their team!! As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the testing and quality improvement efforts for products in the interactive entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong critical-thinking skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems.

+ Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation.

+ Log clear and reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to reporting standards.

+ Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve coverage.

+ Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.

+

Experience with basic PC usage/troubleshooting (additional bonus if you have built your own PC from scratch).

+ Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.

+ Interest in interactive technology, software, or gaming industries.
