Description:
Job Summary The Senior Quality Systems Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and designated external customers, managing customer-related quality processes, order execution, product changes, complaints, and returns. This role combines customer-facing support, SAP order and shipment processing, Quality Management System (QMS) ownership, and continuous process improvement. The specialist will ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA requirements, and internal quality standards while collaborating with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Top 3 Required Skills
1. Customer-Facing Quality Systems Experience in a regulated environment. 2. SAP Order and Shipment Execution, including sales order creation and shipment documentation.
3. Customer Complaint, RMA, and Cross-Functional Coordination experience.
