What You'll Do:

• Dishwashing Dynamo: Master the art of washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking equipment – both by hand and using our dish machine. Keep our kitchen sparkling!
• Stocking Superstar: Assist in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products, keeping everything organized and fresh.
• Culinary Apprentice: Help with basic food preparation tasks as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager. This is a great opportunity to expand your culinary skills!
• Cleanliness Champion: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including emptying trash, storing dishes properly, and cleaning storage areas, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Floor Master: Keep our kitchen floors clean and safe by sweeping and mopping regularly.
• Equipment Guardian: Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Need:

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic!
• A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A food handler's permit (or the ability to obtain one).

Our kitchen is a bustling and energetic place where teamwork is key. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, which may include working near hot ovens, moving mechanical parts, and cleaning chemicals.
