The Busperson is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, stocking and replenishing service stations, and assisting service staff in serving guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Bring initial water, chips, salsa and hot sauce to guests.
• Rapidly clean tables and reset for next seating.
• Set up restaurant and service stations according to shifts.
• Assist with food servers in clearing plates, refilling beverages and table maintenance.
• Keep service station well stocked for own shift and for fellow staff.
• Cooperate with hostess in arranging reservations and accommodating guests waiting for a table.
• Clean up and put away all equipment in the service stations.
• Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.

• Experience:
  
  prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Certificates or Licenses:
  Maricopa County Food Service Worker card.

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Ability to listen well and develop a good rapport with food servers.
• Ability to move through a crowded dining room with large trays.
• Ability to memorize and perform Resort Standards, AAA Diamond standards, and Mystery shopper standards.

• Behaves ethically.
• Communicates effectively: speaks and listens clearly, reading and writing in English to communicate with guests and employees.
• Professional appearance: appropriate for a four-diamond resort.
