• Experience:
  
  4+ years of bartending in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Craft Cocktail Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of and experience with craft cocktails.
• Guest Engagement: A talent for connecting with guests and building a loyal following.
• Self-Promotion:
  Comfort with promoting yourself and the bar on social media and within your friend groups.
• Team Player: A willingness to help coworkers across stations and tasks.
• Work Ethic:
  Proactive in tackling cleaning and organizational tasks unprompted.
• Personality:
  Fun, engaging, and great at creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
• Hourly Rate: $11.35/hr + tips (tips average $25/hr to $60/hr, with a general average of $40/hr).
• Flexible
  
  Shifts:
  
  Opportunity to pick up server shifts for additional hours.
