The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knife skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing food to restaurant standards, assisting in prep work, and maintaining a clean workstation. This is a full-time, on-site position with a necessity to work primarily PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
