You will earn $17 - $25 / hour, which includes hourly rate, service incentive, 40% retail commission and potential bonuses.

As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship to help stylists grow their skills. You will take an active role in recruiting, ensuring the team is stacked with great talent.

Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month‑end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly, all while staying behind the chair to connect with clients.

• 3+ years of experience behind the chair as a barber or stylist in a fast‑paced shop
• 1+ year(s) of management experience
• Passion for leadership and building a culture of teamwork and service
• An active Barber or Cosmetology license in the state of Arizona
