Education Account Executive

Overview

Account Executive at Pro Care Therapy serves as the liaison between healthcare providers and schools to aid in the placement of qualified healthcare professionals. This role blends sales and recruiting with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.

• Build and engage with a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
• Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms, a company provided database, etc. – get creative!
• Collaborate with existing clients to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified and screened candidates, and coordinate candidates’ activity
• Pitch and sell staffing services to school institutions to build rapport and gain new clients
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals on deals
• Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize time and meet quotas

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Sales experience is nice to have but not required

• Work/Life Balance – Flexible hours with options such as 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm; no weekends or late nights required
• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission – Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with benefits including vision, medical, dental, 401k with 6% match, paid holidays, and increasing PTO
