PositionSummary
As a Commercial Sales Project Manager II, you will focus on selling large package agreements to new home builders and home builder companies. Your role will involve building out large scale projects, managing the entire sales cycle, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target new business opportunities in the residential construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in home building companies.
- Sell large plumbing package agreements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including billing process.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful service implementation.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage client relations.
- Design services for pre-construction and construction documentation.
- MUST have commercial plumbing project experience
- MUST have experience working with construction subs and scheduling
- MUST have city contractor level work experience
- MUST have complex construction project experience and bid process experience with city/gov projects
- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the Plumbing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
