• Greet customers who visit the lot and create a welcoming experience
• Ask the right questions to understand what customers are looking for
• Guide buyers through available inventory and help them explore options
• Support test drives, share vehicle information, and walk them through next steps
• Stay proactive—follow up with leads and keep relationships strong
• Keep the energy up and stay active throughout your shift

• Someone who’s naturally outgoing and comfortable striking up conversations
• Self-starters who are motivated by goals and love a good challenge
• Experience in sales is helpful, but not required—we value personality and drive above all
• Must be comfortable working on-site and on your feet throughout the day

• Base pay plus commission on every vehicle sold
