Unified Communications Sales Consultant (B2B Outside Sales)
All Copy Products is seeking a high‑energy, sales‑driven individual to join our winning B2B outside sales team. This territory‑based position focuses on new business development and requires local travel daily. The role offers full training, a clear process, and an award‑winning service team.
Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities by strategically targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within your designated territory.
- Conduct consultative selling, understanding clients’ business objectives, challenges, and articulating alternative perspectives to traditional customer thinking.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized VOIP solutions tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Negotiate contracts and submit account documentation.
- Promote all products and solutions to new and existing clients through prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts, and lead resources.
- Sales‑driven, competitive, positive, and goal oriented.
- Strong prospecting skills and proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in VOIP, Telephony, IT, cybersecurity, business consulting, or related field (plus but not required).
- Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
Total Compensation: $60,000 – $150,000+ annually (unlimited commissions, performance bonuses, contests, trips, and team events). First‑year earnings average $60,000 – $70,000 with potential to exceed $100,000 in 2–3 years.
